Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please find below our booking & cancellation policies.
Deposit/Final Payments Policies:
To fully secure your reservation, we require 50% deposit within 3 days of making the booking and receiving your invoice. Please note your dates will not be reserved until your deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Standard Cancellation/Amendment Policies:
Every amendment and cancellation affects us significantly therefore we
strongly adhere to our cancellation and amendment policies.

If your booking was made via a third party or travel agent, contact them directly and they will be able to offer support based on their individual policies as well as the conditions of your booking.

If you have booked directly with us then we offer a full credit with flexible stay dates within the next 2 years at the same rate, minus a cancellations or amendment fees of $75.
If you are cancelling your dates:

90 days or more Full refund minus $75 admin costs

90 days prior to arrival 25% of total accommodation

15-60 days prior to arrival 50% of total accommodation

1-14 days prior to arrival 100% of total accommodation

Day of arrival/No show: 100% of total booking
We recommend you purchase adequate travel insurance for all other unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation of any other claim, we thank you for your understanding and support.
